Our Purpose
Doing Teams is designed how humans like to work and aims to counter conditions which contribute to burnout and make bullying difficult.
The world is starting to understand the impact of bullying and also how technology, including collaboration tools, contribute to problems such as
> passive aggressive messages,
> distraction,
> busy work,
> context switching,
> multi-tasking, and
> expectations that every request or email is important.This is how most people typically spend over 60% of their workday, (McKinsey). This drains our time and energy and prevents us from getting our own work done.
